These are the current real ales, keg beers, lagers & ciders pouring at the Engine Room. We try to keep this list updated, but not guaranteed (we are volunteer based for this).
Welcome to The Engine Room: an award-winning cellar bar in East Grinstead specialising in real ales, real cider, and craft beers. We also serve a selection of wines, non-alcoholic drinks, and spirits including gin, vodka, rum and brandy, often sourced from small producers with a local Sussex theme.
Since 2023, the Engine Room has been proudly owned and managed by a group of 10 of its regular customers. Our aim is simple: to provide a friendly, welcoming, and unique social experience in a quirky setting.
We are honoured to be named CAMRA North Sussex Pub of the Year for 2024, 2025 & 2026, as well as CAMRA North Sussex Cider Pub of the Year for 2025 & 2026.
We are in East Grinstead Town Centre, a 10 minute walk from the Railway Station & opposite Boots at Whitehall Bus Stop.
